WAREHOUSE MANAGER Location: Lagos
*Working closely with clients.
*Planning the delivery and dispatch of goods.
*Monitoring and setting aside storage space.
*Tracking stock levels using computer programs.
*Making sure stock is stored correctly and safely.
*Supervisory experience and qualifications in warehouse or distribution work.
Relevant experience in retail management and a forklift license is an added advantage.
*Management trainee schemes certificate.
*BTEC/BSC/HND or degree in subjects like: logistics, supply chain management and transport management.
Skills, interests and qualities:
To be a warehouse manager you should have:
*Good maths skills and IT skills, particularly spreadsheets and databases.
*The ability to plan and organise work schedules.
*The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
*Strong decision-making skills.
*Leadership, motivational and team working skills.
*Good spoken and written communication skills.
